The 2022 Summit will be our fifth annual conference. DCMS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a proud history of accelerating the careers of independent musicians, with a focus on women, communities of color, and other underrepresented groups. Since 2016, DCMS has served hundreds of individuals each year at its Summit, bringing together musicians, industry professionals, and influencers to advance the D.C. creative scene. This year's summit is a collaborative effort with the Duke Ellington School of the Arts.
